Airport pick ups

For airport pickups we dispatch our vehicles to arrive approx 30 mins after your plane lands (we check landing time using the airports arrival times system). This gives you time to get through passport control and collect your luggage etc.

In the event of us being delayed for your pick up from the airport we follow the same compensation procedure as airlines - compensation of £25 per passenger in the unlikely event of us being three hours late (up to a combined maximum of the full return taxi fare).

Airport waiting time

One hour from time of landing free, then £1.50 per 5 mins for car booking, £2 per 5 mins for 6/8 seater booking (waiting time to be confirmed by office based on online flight system).

Bus bookings for airport arrivals

If your return flight is delayed priority for busses will be given to jobs pre booked and on time. This may result in us having to send alternative vehicles charged in full as described above.
If you are unwilling to agree to this solution please call us in advance to discuss the matter.

Bus bookings

Due to a limited number of busses available we reserve the right to send alternative vehicles with enough seats in total for total number of passengers if the bus becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.  This will be charged at the full price of the total alternative vehicles (.e.g. if we have to send two cars instead, each car will be charged at full car price).
If you are unwilling to agree to this solution please call us in advance to discuss the matter.


All prices are pre set for journey and will be texted to you when your taxi is outside. If you would like an exact price quote before making the booking the staff on the telephone will be able to give an exact quote.

Please note for bookings made via the automated booking system or booking app the price on the text may be inncorret on the initial "driver outside" text. Once you are picked up and the driver finds out where you are going he will radio the office for a price.

Lost Property

If you have left something in the taxi please call the office immedately. All lost property found will be returned to our office within 48 hours. If you wish to have your lost property delivered to you sooner by the driver who has it a charge will be made from his current location to your address.

Car seats

Private hire vehicles are exempt from requiring car seats for infants.
However the law states that the infant must still have it’s own seat in the vehicle (even if the infant is carried in somebody’s arms).


Deposits are required from cities other than Leicester as well as for airport pickups.

Deposits will be refunded if the job is cancelled by the customer before a driver has been dispatched to the pickup. If the driver has already been dispatched deposits will not be refunded.

In the event of a mistake being made with the booking through erroneous data given by the customer the deposit will not be refunded. In this case if the customer wishes to rebook the journey the full price will need to be paid in advance.

If an error has been made on the part of the telephonist/driver the deposit will be carried on to the next journey/refunded.

Call recordings will be used to resolve such issues.

Mobile App Credit card registration

When first registering your credit/debit card a one off payment of 1p is taken from your account for verification purposes.

For app bookings paid on credit/debit card: When booking is made the card company will charge a holding fee. This will not be charged but will show up on instant statements. It will be released within a few days. This is part of the card company's fraud protection.

To provide you with a transportation service that meets your requirements and specifications. This includes the sharing of the information listed above with drivers in order to provide the service required.

We may on occasion send you marketing information regarding our services or other information relating to our services.

We do not disclose, share or sell your data without your consent to third parties for any reason; unless required to do so by law.

Our date is stored either on site at the above address or within Microsoft Azure cloud storage facilities.


How long we keep your information

We hold your information for up to 7 years to comply with the local authority legislation which we are subject to.
